User Information
When you use Our Service, We collect User Information, content and other information you provide, including when you sign up for an account and input data. We store, process and transmit your data and information related to it. We collect this User Information when you register, operate, and access the Service and interact with a support representative for the Service. This may include any individually identifiable information about you, including, but is not limited to, your name, email address, telephone number, mobile device identification number (e.g., IMEI), Internet Protocol (“IP”) address and password you assign to your account. When you access the Service, Our servers automatically record certain User Information about your usage from your device and browser. The servers may securely log information such as an identification number and device identifier, web requests, browser type, browser language, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform type, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed and the order of those pages, features used, the amount of time spent on particular web pages, the dates and times of your requests, and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.
Technical Information
When you access the Service, We may use a variety of technologies that record Technical Information from your device and browser. This may include unique mobile device identifiers (e.g. IDFA (iOS), IP addresses, timestamps, device model names, device operating system names and version numbers, the language and country settings of the device (iOS), the number of CPU cores on the device (iOS), whether a device is jailbroken (iOS). This also includes information about your interactions with the Service, such as what features and servers are accessed.

Stewardship of your data is critical to us and a responsibility that we embrace. Collected information is kept in strict confidence, and, unless you specifically otherwise agree to in writing, We will not permit any third party, or any employee, consultant, subcontractor or agent to access your collected information except in connection with the normal course of business (including, without limitation, help desk support).

We do not sell or rent any of Your Information.

By allowing Our support representative access to your device or Service for troubleshooting purposes, you understand that while the technician is logged in, he can view, access and extract information from the device. The information will only be that data needed to troubleshoot the device, will only be used for that purpose, and once the session is over, the technician will not retain any of the information on his or her screen.
Legal Requirements to Provide Data
We may disclose Your Information, as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process; when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a lawful government request, and to any other third party with your prior consent to do so.

We have a team dedicated to keeping your information secure and testing for vulnerabilities. Retention
We'll retain information you store on our Services for as long as we need it to provide you the Services. If you terminate the Services, we'll also delete this information. But please note: (1) there might be some latency in deleting this information from our servers and back-up storage; and (2) we may retain this information if necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

To provide you with the Services, we will store, process and transmit User Information within the United States of America (“USA”). Information may also be stored locally on the devices you use to access the Services.

If you think that any of Your Information that We have collected about you or submitted by you is inaccurate, you may send a written request for review to Us at the address provided below. We will investigate your request and make appropriate changes or deletions. We will respond to any requests for access to Your Information in 30 days.

Servers that make the Service available and that store User Information collected through the Service are located in the United States of America (“USA”). If you are located outside the USA, please note that the information you provide will be transferred to the USA. The laws of the USA may not provide the same level of legal data protection as the country from which you access and use the Service. By using the Service and submitting User Information to Us, you consent to such transfers and the processing by Us and Our affiliates and business partners of information as described in this Privacy Notice.
